OK …baby steps…baby steps…. you got this… it’s just dinner….it’s can’t hurt you…. but the starving faces staring back at you asking hey!!! Whats for dinner???? They can hurt you….well more like really bug you….great.
Yep been there. Been there many many MANY times. Not that it’s always a bad place to be but at least for me it leads to stress and usual and not so nutritious and money spending solution. So my solution was to try to plan out 5-6 days worth of dinners have everything on hand for those dinners and attack the week head on!!! ( Dressed like a viking warrior with long gross hair and a beard for days yelling at the kitchen like I’m running into battle…you know you’ve been there.)
So this is what this weeks plan looks like at our house. Nothing fancy and to be honest I have already made changes to it to kinda work with what I had on hand during a last minute change of plans event we had pop up.
With this plan there won’t be an amount on what I spent because it’s my first one and well lets face it I don’t really know what I spend this week…I know bad financial advice…don’t listen to me. 🙂
So we are trying to eat more lean protein in our house recently so these are not vegan/ vegetarian friendly recipes. I found them on pintrest and I have already tried them in my kitchen and liked them so they are being used again. 🙂 Tested out on the hubby and he’s still alive!!
And the following are just sides that you can make to add to a meal. Or not 🙂
